Great shower with daily cleaning service.

I found the room to be quite cramped, especially for luggage. The lack of airflow made it stuffy, and the only window faced the noisy elevator. Additionally, the keypad for room access was incredibly unreliable, leading to frustrating delays getting in.

Had a great stay! The hotel is steps from Placa Catalunya, super handy for exploring. My room was modern and clean, with a comfy bed. Just a heads up, getting in can be a bit tricky without instructions, but worth it for the vibe!

the location is fantastic, but a cockroach in the room was a real downer. i also expected a warm welcome, maybe a complimentary upgrade? instead, i received a cold check-in and a very high tv that gave me a crick in my neck. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just an ideal choice for a stopover in Barcelona with great value-to-price ratio. The bed was comfortable, making sleep easy after a long day. Bring your own coffee supplies, as there's no complimentary coffee in the room.

Recommend it for family getaway

We felt super safe with the keycode system, and the large shower was nice after a long day. I also loved the fact that they cleaned the room so meticulously every day, it made coming back feel fresh

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was manageable.

The location was absolutely fabulous, just off Plaza Catalunya, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean, and my room had a lovely comfortable bed.

Great spot for exploring!

The location's super convenient, literally steps from everything. The comfy beds were perfect for catching Z's after long days out. The shower was super refreshing too! One little thing was light noise from the hallway. Wish there was some cheap eatery nearby, but otherwise, solid stay!

helpful staff

staying at fontanella by bcn urban rooms was a delight! the location is fabulous, just off placa catalunya, making it super easy to explore everything. our room was small but very clean and had a modern shower. the small fridge was a nice touch for our drinks. the staff even took great care of our luggage on our last day, which was really helpful.

i totally recommend.
